Who should attend this nursing conference? This event is designed for nurses and other Life Care Planning professionals interested in continuing education, networking, and exploring advancements in the field of Nursing and Life Care Planning.

Can I Transfer, Cancellation, or get a Refund for my Ticket? You may transfer your conference registration to another person at any time by notifying us in writing. If you must cancel, please notify the conference manager in writing 30-days prior to conference by February 11, 2026.  You will receive a refund for your chosen ticket, less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after the deadline and "no-shows" will not be refunded. 

If the AANLCP cancels the AALNCP 2026 Conference, registrants will receive an event credit/refund for their registration fees. Cancellations of travel reservations and hotel reservations made directly with a hotel are the responsibility of the attendee. 

Will continuing education credits (CEUs) be offered? Yes, attendees will have the opportunity to earn continuing education units (CEUs). Certificates will be provided upon completion of eligible sessions and post-conference evaluations. The AANLCP Conference will be applying for the following CEUs:

• ULCPCB:  CNLCP®, CHLCP™

• FIG:  FIG LCP-C, FIG MCP-C, FIG MSA-C

• ICHCC: CLCP, CMCPS, MSCC

• CRCC

• CMCC

What is the dress code for the conference? Business casual is recommended for all sessions and networking events. We also suggest bringing a light jacket or sweater, as meeting room temperatures may vary.

Can I register on-site the day of the event? Yes, on-site registration will be available, but we encourage early registration to secure your spot and ensure a smooth experience.

What if I have Special Requests or Requirements? If you foresee any special requirements while attending the AANLCP 2026 Conference (dietary, access, or otherwise), please contact our Conference Manager, Monique Gallery, at monique@moniquegalleryevents  or 619-226-9458 at least one month in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.

What if a Speaker Cannot Attend? The speakers listed on this website are leading professionals in their respective fields. Should a speaker be unable to attend the conference, all efforts will be made to replace him or her with one of comparable experience and qualifications.

Photo / Video Release & Policies. AANLCP, its contractors, and attending media may photograph, videotape, audio-tape, or webcast sessions and events at the Conference. By attending AANLCP 2026 Conference, attendees acknowledge these activities. They agree to allow their image to be used by AANLCP in marketing and promotional materials, on an AANLCP website, or in a recording. Attendees at the Conference waive all claims against AANLCP for any liability resulting from these uses.
